All services provided by Pike and Pine Advisors are professional accounting and consulting services that involve time, expertise, and reserved capacity. Because of the nature of these services, all fees are non refundable once services have commenced.

For one time projects, retainers, and prepaid services, payment is due in advance and is non refundable after work has begun. If a client cancels services prior to the start of work, a refund may be issued at the sole discretion of Pike and Pine Advisors, less any administrative or preparation costs incurred.

Monthly recurring services may be canceled with written notice. Any fees already paid for the current billing period will not be refunded and services will continue through the end of that billing cycle.
